1. Privacy Policy Overview & Purpose

XZ Family is a dedicated Parental Control and Child Safety Application designed exclusively for parents and legal guardians to ensure their children's digital safety and physical security. We prioritize user privacy and are fully committed to protecting personal data in compliance with global data protection regulations and Google Play Developer Policies.

2. Information We Collect

To provide parental control functionality, XZ Family collects the following data strictly with explicit parental consent:

Location Data: Real-time GPS location of the child device for geofencing and emergency SOS safety.
Application Usage: Time spent on installed applications to monitor digital well-being and allow parents to set screen time limits.
Camera & Ambient Audio: Used solely for live safety streaming initiated by the parent with explicit on-screen notification displayed to the child.
Device Information: Battery level, device model, and OS version to display device status to parents.
Parent Contact Info: Email address for account management and security notifications.

3. Data Processing & Administrator Privacy Guarantee

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS (HTTPS) encryption. Data is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers.

Administrator Privacy Isolation: Application administrators (system operators) do NOT have access to real-time GPS locations, camera feeds, ambient audio, or private notifications of users. System operators only manage user accounts, subscription tiers, and technical access. Sensitive family safety data is strictly isolated and accessible solely by the authorized parent account via their authenticated app.

Spyware Prohibition Notice:XZ Family is NOT a hidden surveillance or spyware tool. A persistent notification is displayed on the child's device whenever monitoring services or foreground services are active.

4. Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using XZ Family, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service:

Parental Consent: You confirm that you are the legal parent or guardian of the child whose device is being monitored.
Lawful Use Only: The application must not be used for unauthorized tracking, stalking, or any illegal activities.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.

5. Contact & Support

Data Deletion Request:Parents can request full deletion of their account, family profile, and all associated child data directly within the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing us at xakerzo@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". All data will be permanently purged within 7 business days.
